On 08 May 2018, Evonik Industries AG Bangladesh conduct a technical seminar on two interested topics based on bio-efficacy of Methionine &Evonik analytical service like “Know your methionine source. It’s not the same” & “A feed is only as good as its ingredients. Here’s why?” -with the consultant and feed nutritionist from different feed mill at Dhaka. The seminar is well attended & Dr. Sanjit Kumar Chakraborty- Business manager started the seminar with his welcome speech. He also talked about Evonik.

In his 2nd topics Dr. Pradeep discussing about “Crop report 2017” based on sample tested from Bangladesh during 2017. From the report it reveals that Crude protein (CP) of Soyabean meal, maize from same origin varies widely. Not only CP, amino acids contents also different with the seasons.
Feedstuffs prices have been volatile over the years and there is an increasing pressure on the feed manufacturers and animal producers to minimize the diet costs and overall production costs. Accurate information about the quality of raw materials is the key factor to reduce the feed cost due to well-informed purchasing decisions as well as formulation and quality assurance of high performance feed.
