Job Context
This is full time job and we are looking for competent personnel to take the challenge and the ownership of the marketing to take the company to the next level of excellence. We offer attractive salary and other admissible facilities including performance bonus and all.
Job Responsibilities
- Motivate and inspire clients (Dealers & Farmers) of poultry, fish feed & Cattle Feed to get the work done
- Work with energetic marketing team and follow the instruction of assigned team leader.
- New clients (Dealers & Farmers) development & maintain good relationship with existing client in order to run the business smoothly
- Achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution & provide and send the report to head office time to time.
- Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
- Any other assignment given by the management time to time
- Check and ensure product availability in all depots / dealers.
- Do credit administration as per company policy.
- Regular follow-up for sales order & payment.

- Monthly/Yearly sales planning and forecasting.
- Effective team management to meet monthly sales & revenue target.
- Initiating sales programs and activities to grasp dealers and thereby increase the sales volume.
- Search & find market gaps and take initiative to appoint dealer for coverage.
- Analysis of market share, volume and plan accordingly to increase market shares.
- Lead and motivate the team towards continuous growth.
- Evaluating performance of the team members.
- Analysis competitor’s activities and take necessary strategies accordingly in line with company policies.
- Review daily sales report of the sales team and assess performance to provide feedback to management on daily basis.
- Check and ensure product availability in all depots / dealers.
- Maintain close relationship with farmers, dealers and other stake holders.
- Motivate dealers & prospective customers for establishing new farms.
- Do credit administration as per company policy.
